Sessions
One-to-one sessions, by video call. We agree in advance on what we are working on, and on what would show that it is settled.
How one thing gets worked on
Everything happens by video call, without exception: there is no consulting room to travel to. You pick somewhere you feel at ease, and we work from there.
A first conversation
30 minutes · no commitment
To meet, to put into words what brings you here, and to check that this work suits you. You leave with a clear answer, including when that answer is no.
What we agree on
Before we start
One thing, just one, named in your words. What would show that it is settled, on a simple scale of nought to ten. And what that will cost. You sign an informed consent form before the first working session.
The working session
Two hours · sometimes more than one
The usual format runs two hours and can overrun a little. Depending on what we agreed, one session is enough, or it takes several — we decide together as we go.
Two follow-up sessions
About one and three weeks later
They are not optional, and they are included in what was agreed. It is not unusual for a difficulty to return after a first session: that is exactly what they are for.
What a session looks like
Before
You get a link by email a few days ahead. There is nothing to install. Set aside two hours without interruption, and leave a quarter of an hour free after the end.
During
We start with a simple question: how are you feeling about being here today. Then we work. You stay in charge throughout — we slow down, change subject or stop the moment you ask.
After
The session closes with time to settle, never on an open door. You leave with no instructions. If something surfaces in the days that follow, you can write to me.
What you need
Very little, in practice.
- A stable internet connection, on a computer, tablet or phone.
- Headphones or earbuds: they bring the voice closer and the room further away.
- Two hours ahead of you, in a room with a door no one will open.
- Something to drink, and tissues within reach.
- Nothing to prepare, and no form to fill in beforehand.
If you are elsewhere
I work on Swiss time. Tell me which city you are in and I will suggest times already converted — early morning or late afternoon if the gap is a large one.
I also re-check appointments that fall on a clock change, because it does not happen everywhere on the same dates.
You pay on the result
We agree in advance on an amount for the goal we have set — it covers the working session or sessions and both follow-ups. It falls due once the agreed marker is reached, and not before. My sessions are not covered by Swiss health insurance.
Finding a first slot
Tell me in a few lines what brings you here and when you tend to be free. I answer personally.
